Excellent News! We have another DTG printer on the way. Due to certain reasons out of our control we had slowed down on the production of printed T shirts. There was the need to pull off all of the coloured options and bring it back to just one white T shirt. We have still been printing custom shirts for some of our loyal customers.

Seeing as we have not been able to fulfill all the orders in the last few months we are putting an extra en-faces on helping out new customers. You are valued as you are the people a business needs to grow we would like to apologize to all of our customers new and existing.

We have sorted out the issues that we had stumbled across and in the next week we should receive our new T shirt printer. The Kiosk 3 is the printer we have decided to purchase this time for its speed and awesome print capability. We will be reintroducing all of the shirt styles in which you were able to choose from previously, giving you an excellent selection to choose from again. Now that we have endured a tough period in the custom t shirt printing industry we will strive to put things right.

There have been lots of lessons learned in the first year of business and as the website gains traction in this ever changing environment. There are a number of ways to effectively print clothing, one of the quickest and most effective ways is to use  a transfer paper method. Transfer paper can be used to print on both dark and light garments of clothing, depending on the variety used. You can achieve this style of print by using a laser printer. It is a quick and easy process, all you need is a heat press to apply the print, and a t-shirt. The whole process can be completed  in a matter of minutes.

The best way for you to get good results when we print your clothing is:

Remove the background from your image.

Also you should create a high quality image as the DTG prints high resolution and you can get an awesome print.

There are a number of processes involved in printing clothing using a direct to garment printer. This is the way you print a white T shirt.

Step1 You must order the shirts you need to print on.

Step2 It is always a good idea to pre-press your shirts using a heat press.

Step3 You must load your t shirt on the tray, and then load on the printer

Step4 Artwork must be adjusted and in a suitable format for the rip to read it.

Step5 Using the rip program you must position the artwork in the printing position.

Step6 The printer now prints the garment.

Step7 Carefully remove the garment from the printer, as to not smudge ink on shirt.

Step8 Heat press the T shirt for 120 secs.

Your custom T shirt is now ready to wear.
